Personnel Administration Module
The Personnel Administration module provides information and analysis on every individual, job, department, and division and on the organization as a whole. It allows for basic information such as Name, Address, Marital Status, Phone Number, Emergency Contact and Passport Details to be always updated. Information entered once flows through the system and other applications based on structures and rules defined, automating repetitive processes while delivering a wealth of information, analysis and advanced functionality. The information then is available throughout the enterprise based on security rules.
The module allows for self-service capabilities to reduce administration costs and increase data integrity. It eliminates paperwork associated with basic employee data changes, relocations, reassignments and promotions. A wide range of reports come as standard, including employee lists, new recruits, salary lists, confirmations due, project lists and headcounts. In addition the reporting tools allow for virtually any query being performed on data.

Organization Management & Manpower Planning Module
Organization module helps the user build dynamic organization hierarchy with the ability to create unlimited structure levels such as (departments, sections, and sites). Also, the hierarchy can be exported to Microsoft Visio.
Manpower module enables the user to make the future vision for the company. Through Manpower the user can build plan for employees number that would hired in a cretin positions in the coming years. Manpower module can be connected to hiring module to control employee number during hiring process.

Recruitment Module
Recruitment module is used to follow up recruitment cycle in the company, from the recruitment applications, interview request, and hiring procedures. Applicants can apply online application through recruitment web service. Human resources manager can make search about any application through advance search tools.
The turnover analysis module help user to determine the turnover rate for all departments. Also termination analysis module helps human resources manager to analyze termination reasons and conclude termination reasons according to many factors such as Gender, position, age…etc. Human resources manager can use termination analysis results as recommendations in the hiring process.

Time Attendance Module
The Time Attendance module tracks a broad range of attendance statuses as well as overtime, leave days, sick days, business trips, and holidays while the integrated alert system will help to quickly identify potential problems. Supervisors have not only task reminders throughout the system but are also notified about employees who work too many overtime hours, are often sick, or have absorbed all their leave days, etc. The module enables automatic OT calculation to the Payroll module.

Payroll Module
The Payroll module maintains all information on your employees. This includes keeping track of sick and vacation hours accumulated and used during the year. Each employee record includes a Human Resources information page where you may enter notes relating to job history and salary budgeting.
The module covers the entire lifecycle of each employee, from recruitment through to termination. The payroll module provides comprehensive data entry features for employees, capturing work plans, preferences, payroll processing, printing pay advices and reports, and support for the entire payroll process and workflow.
