Process Readiness

Understand at least one of the following HRD practices depending on the needs of your organization:
Performance Management (PM)
Competency Management (CM)
Individual Development Plan (IDP)
Assessment Management
Knowledgement Management (KM)
Learning Management System (LMS)
Identify at least one of the ownership of HRD practices, which are usually the following organization units:
Strategic Planning
Human Resource Management
Human Resource Development
Training
Information Technology
Illustrate the current process flow of HRD practices.
Identify the target go-live date for each item of HRD practices.

IT Readiness

Identify current HRMS software for possible integration such as personnel, organization and training information
Review Hardware/Software requirement
Prepare hardware sizing based on the number of users
COACH team recommends the appropriate hardware and software specification.
